It’s Because This Generation Is Stupid

Entertainment Weekly has compiled a list of what people consider to be the most ‘classic’ overrated films. On this list are such classics as Gone With The Wind, The Wizard of Oz, To Kill A Mockingbird and The Sound of Music.

Well, I’m not surprised folks now feel like these movies are overrated. This is the generation that has supported the likes of 15 different Saw movies, anything with Will Farrell and 3 Step Ups. This is a generation filled with retards.

Yes, I know it’s wrong to call people retards but let’s face it. This new generation is short bus certified! They have no taste! How else do you explain the affinity towards the likes of Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj?

As I’ve been saying, each new generation gets dumber and dumber. I swear, I walk out the house and feel like I just stepped into a special education classroom half the time.

So everybody is talkin about the information leak that happened due to Facebook.  A total of 171 million Facebook users information have been compiled into  a torrent file free to download.

How do I feel about this?

Well, my feeling is that if you make your info public on Facebook anyways, you can’t really get too mad. Now if it’s folks whose information is private and it’s been released, that’s another story.

Don’t get mad if your information is out there for the taking. Whatever you put out on the internet, expect it to stay out there….

P.S. I will say one thing tho, the more bullshit Facebook becomes, the more likely I am to get off that bitch!

Relationship School Pt. 3: Keep Your Eyes On Your Own Paper!

We are now at the second reason as to why relationships fail. And that reason is deceit. We’ve all had times in our lives where we wanted something someone else had or may have even wanted to be someone else. Well, a significant part of the population, takes on what they want or what they see when they go into new relationships.

After all, most people need other people to like them. So, what do people do? They lie to appear to be what they want to become or to get what they want.

Yes, everybody lies. But, if you want to have a successful relationship, you must put aside your deceitful ways. And by deceit, I don’t just mean cheating. I mean being dishonest about anything. Whether it’s how much you spent on yo outfit, them shoes, yo homies at a restaurant,  goin to the club, whatever. Being dishonest will end your relationship! Because lying is infectious. That shit spreads like Paris Hilton’s herpes! Because you can never just tell one lie. You have to keep telling them to cover up the previous ones. We all know this.

So why do people continue to be deceitful? Because for these people it’s easier than admitting the truth. (Even though I don’t see how.) If you’re going into any type of relationship being dishonest about yourself, your circumstances etc, it won’t last because the person you’re attempting to or have manipulated, doesn’t know you. They know the imaginary person, place or situation you’ve created. What you’ve built is not real. And how often does something imaginary last?

Yes, you’d think this was common sense but common sense is not common, unfortunately. And I’m not just gonna call out the fellas, yes they get the brunt of it but there are plenty of broads (They’re not ladies.) goin around doin the same type of foul shit.

Fellas, if you have agreed to be committed to a woman, why are you seein your ex, some random trick/ho on the side? Why commit to your woman if you wanted to be with someone else? What is the point in that? To have somethin on the side? Okay, then why not just remain single and tell each of your partners that you’re not interested in anything  serious? How is that not easier than living some double life? Or lying about being out with your boys? Why not just tell your woman, you wanna go hang out with your friends? As long as your relationship with your friends isn’t interfering with your relationship with your lady, what’s the problem? Is it the thrill of it all? Being secretive, putting passwords on your phone, making sure you open new bank accounts so she can’t track your money etc. That seems like it takes a lot more work to do than to just be honest with yourself and her.

Ladies, those of you who engage in deceit are no better. Doing the same things. Lying to your man about stupid shit. If he wants someone to lie to him, he can just find some random ass ragamuffin to do that to him. He don’t need to be with you, so why would he stay?

The problem with those who are deceitful in relationships is that they first  think they won’t get caught and secondly think that the person they’re with can’t be/survive without them. Lo and behold, we know that’s not true due to how many people find their relationships ending due to dishonesty. People make it too difficult for themselves. All the added stress is gonna give you a heart attack, an ulcer and premature gray hair.

You cannot build a relationship on dishonesty. That is a faulty foundation. And what happens to anything built upon a faulty foundation? It collapses after strain. What you also need to realize is that anybody who is willing to be with someone despite countless issues with dishonesty, have issues with themselves. So not only are they dealing with your issues, they have some serious self esteem problems to work out. Remember what  I said in part 2 about baggage? It’s a bitch to get rid of. Is it honestly worth, potentially messing up someone’s chances of real happiness just to keep up with a facade? If the answer to that is yes, then you have some issues to work out. You need to examine why you have issues with honesty and why you’d want to hurt someone else in that manner. If you’re this cold and calculating, what won’t you do? Foul behavior just leads to more foul behavior.

If you are someone who is truly looking for a real relationship, you have to come to the table with the real yourself. Even the smallest lie can be like striking a match in a room filled with gasoline. Why you ask? Because you can never contain a lie. It will always spin out of control eventually. It may not be today, it may not tomorrow, six months or even five years later but it will.

There are so many excuses given for being deceitful by both men and women. “We just don’t connect how we used to.” “Things are different now.” “S/he doesn’t understand me anymore.” “I have needs, I need to do this.”

And the response to all of that is.: WHY ARE YOU STILL WITH THEM THEN?

And you want to know why they’re still with the individual? Because either they’re too selfish, too afraid or too stubborn to just tell them how they feel…And that leads directly into our next reason relationships fail. Because people stop communicating with one another…
